Noratlas & Fiat G.91

Here is my latest effort to promote Portuguese colours in Aviation.

The original idea came from a black and white photo that displayed the cargo operation of a Fiat G.91 in a Noratlas. This was one of the ways to transport the Fiat G.91 to the African war theatre.

The Noraltas kit is from Heller, and despite of being a bit old, it is still a good base to work with.

With a bit of extra work one can add some nice details.

For the Fiat I used the 1/72 scale Revell kit.

One word of advice for the Noratlas kit is the indispensable inside reinforcement of the wings, here I use a metal strip.
