Here is my 1/48 scale Heinkel He 111 H-6 from Monogram.
I decided to build a Mediterranean torpedo bomber, inspired by a colour profile in Kagero's He 111 monograph.
I searched for a long time for any wartime photo illustrating this scheme but the
besides Casa in that painting, and few shots of other desert painted
Heinkels, I found nothing.

In my build I decide to concentrate on the outside of the model.
I used the Aires cockpit, Eduard photo-etched parts and masks.
My Heinkel is mostly painted with Lifecolor
acrylics.
