Tamiya's 1/48 scale Heinkel He 219 A-0 is available online from Squadron.com for only $13.50!

Here is my Tamiya 1/48 scale Heinkel He 219. It is an excellent kit with authentic surface texture and wonderful detail.

I used the Eduard photo-etched set for some cockpit and exterior details.

The camouflage is hand-sprayed RLM 76 Light Blue over RLM 75 Grey Violet. The squiggle was sprayed using heavily diluted paints to ensure a smooth transition between the colours. My Paasche VL airbrush wass employed for this challenging job.

Panel lines were highighted with ProModellers Weathering Wash, followed by a thin coat of black.

My Uhu was completed with a coat of acrylic lacquer.
