Here is my 1/48 scale Pegasus Hobbies Bf 109 E-4 EZ Snap kit that I have just completed.
It has a whopping 26 parts and absolutely no filler was used anywhere! The panel lines are crisp and it has the overall feel of the Emil as well. The canopy is a little thick but very clear when Futured. The interior is passable and has a lot of detail for an EZ snap kit!
After a quick wash, I painted the standard fighter colors of RLM 74, 75, 76, with a mixed mottle of the top colors and RLM 02 mist, all from the XTRACOLOR enamel range.
The decals are Invisaclear from an older Tamiya kit. If you want to build a decent Emil with no muss no fuss, try one of these. Everyone I showed this to so far swears its not an EZ Snap kit!
I especially love the price - about 8 to 10 bucks!
The kit came directly from My friend Larry Thompson who owns Pegasus Hobbies. I heard a rumor that a P-51D Mustang is in the works and is even better then the B version of a few years ago!
