Signifer is based in France. They have a produce a wide range of products including complete model kits, detailing sets for model kits and accessory equipment to add to your dioramas.
The latest addition to their accessories catalogue is SN48003, a 1/48 scale bomb trolley/loader used by the USAAF in WWII.
The set comprises just ten resin parts and a length of brass rod.
The parts are a mixture of those that have been cast in a very hard mid-grey shade as well as an equally hard pinkish/red shade of resin.
The casting is very good on my sample and I could not find a single pin-hole in any of parts. Flash too is minimal and the clean-up task will only take you a few minutes to accomplish.
Assembly instructions are provided on a small piece of paper with even smaller images of the completed and unpainted trolley. A further larger image of the completed and painted trolley is shown on the header card that accompanies the set. Assembly instructions themselves are courtesy of an ‘exploded view’ drawing.
Packaging is via a small plastic zip-loc bag stapled to a thin cardboard header card.
A great little accessory set from Signifer that will add interest to your diorama or even just placed on the shelf holding your WWII USAAF aircraft.
