This is a simple set with just under half the sheet consisting of RAF Sky coloured codes representing 18”, 24”and 30”originals. These are intended to compliment Xtradecal sheet X72189 Sky Code Letters (previously Modeldecal MD051).

The remainder of the sheet  provides 26”, 30”, 36”and 54”protoptype yellow P’s, as used on British military prototypes from the late 1930’s until I think around 1960. The three smaller sizes are supplied in three character styles, with the 54” offered in two. I had not previously appreciated that there were different character styles for the yellow P’s; something I overlooked recently in a previous “First Look” at another brand’s P decals.

The decals come supplied in Xtradecal’s usual polythene zip-lock bag, and appear to be superbly printed and with excellent colour density.
