Iliad Design of Canada has released a new decal sheet for U.S. Air Forice Air National Guard C-47s..

 

 

The four subjects are all finished in overall bare metal with aluminium doped control surfaces, with one of the aircraft featuring a white upper fuselage with a black pin stripe demarcation:

  • C-47A, 0-92079, of the Puerto Rico Air National Guard.

    VC-47A, 315568, Virginia National Guard, 1948.

    C-47A, 315555, Nebraska National Guard, 1947 or 1948.

  • C-47, 330691, New Mexico National Guard, 1947 or 1948.

Instructions are offered over a folded A4 sheet in full colour, with one side plus upper views and and notes on the history and finish of each option.

 

 

Decals are printed perfectly on my sample, and colours look good.

Recommended for anyone building a 1/72 scale C-47.
