Bv 222 Towing Carriage “Dockwagen”

Trumpeter's 1/72 scale Vickers Wellington Mk.X is available online from Squadron

CMK provides 29 resin and etched parts to build a nice representation of the Bv 222´s towing trailer.

The resin-sprues are a little bit heavily built, so you have to be very careful sawing off the sometimes small and brittle parts, but, having cleaned all parts necessary, they build to a quite impressive and seemingly huge vehicle.

To get you an idea of the real “Dockwagens” size, I have placed a motorcycle to this 1:72 scale giant in the title photo.

Although not the cheapest kit, it will give the future Bv 222 a worthy appearance - and by now it motivates me tremendously to give the Bv 222 “Wiking” a go!
