Spitfire Mk.Vb Trop

Here is my Spitfire Mk.Vb Trop, 5th FS -52nd FG-12th AF - USAAF Corsica 1943. 

This is the Hasegawa 1/48 scale model.

The model was built substantially from the box, but I replaced the Vokes filter with the piece from the old Airfix kit and the wheels with pieces from the Eduard kit ... and improved the cockpit a bit with scrathc details. 

Markings were masked and painted.

The model was finished using Tamiya and Gunze colours.
