F-16 Radar Early
for the Kinetic kit

Eduard BRASSIN PRINT, 1/48 scale
Reviewed by Brett Green

Eduard has released a new early-style radar nose or for Kinetic's lovely 1/48 scale F-16 family. The instructions do not specify versions and Block Numbers for this early style, so check your references. BTW, a late-style radar nose is also available from Eduard.

The set is made up from five parts in 3D printed resin and one brass-plated photo-etched part.
The nose part is detailed inside and out.

Kinetic's radar is well done but this 3D printed replacement is a noticeable improvement.
The new nose and radar is a complete replacement.

Detail is crisp and impressive.
Cleanup of the 3D printed parts should be fast and straightforward using a razor saw, pair of nippers, a sharp hobby blade and a sanding stick.

Illustrated instructions are supplied on one folded paper sheet.
This highly detailed radar and housing will be a valuable update for your Kinetic 1/48 scale F-16 kit.
Thanks to Eduard for the samples.
